The hotel offers excellent and spacious rooms with a Thai flair and everything you could need provided, though it might feel a little too far from the lively Patong nightlife. The service is amazing, always friendly and helpful, but dining options could be more diverse.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a water leaking problem into one of the bedrooms, but on the bright side, they had a nice private pool with jacuzzi and a pavilion to relax, surrounded by glass sides. The location on Bangtao Beach was beautiful, but rather remote. The dining experience was sumptuous but expensive.

My stay at the hotel was great overall. The rooms were spacious, and I didn't have any issues with mosquitos despite the proximity to the Laguna. The signature pool villa was amazing, but there was a water leaking problem into one of the bedrooms.

The service, led by Jinny, was exceptional, making us feel like part of the hotel family. The location's serene beauty came with the inconvenience of needing transport for outings to Patong or Phuket town. The dining options were diverse and satisfying despite low guest numbers.
